Electronic declaration

VED Agent offers electronic declaration services. Declarations are submitted to the customs authority via Internet.

• Cargo is processed at any customs post in Russia, regardless of the declarant’s location. The declarant doesn’t have to visit customs authority. The declarant may submit declaration, adjust or amend it anywhere.
• Time consumption for cargo processing is lower. Consequently, costs related to transport dead time and warehousing are lower.
• The declarant and customs authority interact online, exchanging authorized electronic messages. The declarant may track all stages of customs clearance in current mode. Thus, the transparency of the process is achieved.
• Work flow is optimized by virtue of the reduction of paper documents.
